November is American Diabetes Month. Knowledge is power and with diabetes that is especially true. To do my part in helping with awareness, I'm going to do a series on the myths of diabetes. I hope you enjoy it!

I'm not diabetic, but you wouldn't believe how many times people have said that to me because I have a soda every afternoon.
